A debated director Mr. Raju Giri, encountered a much controversial lady Archana Paneru. Mr. Giri and his team set a story about Archana and plagiarized the name of the film with Bollywood artist Sunny Leone's debuted Movie. Sunny had debuted in Bollywood movie 'Jism 2' and Archana is also fixed to introduce in 'Jism', A nepali Movie. The movie script and the other details was submitted to the Film Development Board for approval.The newsflash was dreadful to several movie industry insiders. At the same time, the publicity of Archana was too good to disregard. She was requested to a meeting by some film producers and the directors. After the meeting, Archana named the film producers who had asked for privacy. Some people from film industry the work done by the team be like playing with dirt. It was sure to become you dirty.
The FDB fingered the burden on whether to accept the immoral actress in the Nepali movie. Whereas 'Jism' sanction was undecided, Raju Giri already started work for shooting of the movie based in Pokhara. Chief of Film Development Board, Mr. Raj Kumar Rai was incensed and asked the police to arrest the team of movie 'Jism' for starting of shooting of movie without FDB approval.
Producer / Director and the whole film team were arrested and they were kept for 5 hours before discharging in bail. After that the movie team returned back to Kathmandu for cooperation with the FDB. The situation of the sanction of the film was - to deal a public confession.
Raju Giri and Archana Paneru self-confessed their fault. Raju also said that he was keen to alteration the name of the film from 'Jism' to 'Archana'. For Film Development Board, new movie name as 'Archana' will be more offensive than the unusual 'Jism'.
