Nepali Congress acting President Ram Chandra Poudel said that Nepali Congress that had taken leadership in constitution promulgation will again take leadership in its implementation.
Addressing the inaugural session of 13th General Convention of Nepali Congress, leader Poudel said that world will recognise Nepal as society based on democracy and equality.
He said that dissatisfaction of agitating Madhes-based parties can be addressed by amending the constitution and that the Madhesi Morcha should not hold the country hostage of political indecisiveness. “We are liberal towards all grievances of Morcha including state demarcation,” said .
